Free2Be is a unique approach to movement that Noa has developed over years of practice and training. It draws from diverse sources: Nia Technique, Kundalini Yoga, vocal work, mudras, and chakras — creating a space where the body knows how to speak.
In every class and workshop, Noa invites you to listen to your body, to move from the inside out, and to discover that dance is not just performance — it is connection, healing, and joy.
Noa Kadman is a movement facilitator, dance teacher, and explorer of the human body. Trained in Nia Technique, Kundalini Yoga, and various body-mind modalities, she has been guiding people on their journey to themselves — through the body — for over a decade.
In her classes and workshops, Noa creates a safe and liberating space where every movement, however small, carries meaning. She believes the body is the map, and movement is the path.
Based in Kfar Saba, her classes draw people from all backgrounds — those seeking joy, those seeking healing, and those who simply want to move.
